Think I saw this (BBC4?), because I was surprised by how articulate they were.... This reminds me of early Can. And I remember 'Paramoid' in every school bag, too...
I recall Geezer telling the story of this song on one of those 'the making of...' documentaries. They needed one more track to fill the album and fancied a hippier kind of vibe. Bill W got some bongos, sure they passed round something herbal to share...and the rest as they say. Great pick :)
Mr. B, if this song came on the radio and you gave me 100 guesses as to the band that performed this, I would not have uttered the words Black Sabbath. Very, very cool tune.
