their EP's last year took a lot of shit but i really liked them, they weren't perfect like Doolittle of Surfer Rosa but some great tracks

Yeah, I really don't understand people who hate the new Pixies stuff. What they really hate is the fact that their ears are 20 years older and the music doesn't hit them the same way :P
