@marktee @lindatee It was lovely to see Edwyn on form. What he’s been through is still apparent in his demeanour and only added to the joy. His speech and movements are hesitant, and he walks with a cane, but he performs with an impish grin on his face and his voice is generally as rich and strong as ever. There were a few sad reflective songs, but the crowd were mostly up and dancing to Rip It Up, a great version of A Girl Like You and finally Blue Boy. A lovely venue and a very memorable gig.

@BarneyRubble Sounds wonderful mate. We were lucky enough to see him play at the Union Chapel, Islington earlier in the year, and he sat directly in front of us to watch his son's band play the supporting set. During the interval I didn't want to miss the opportunity to say 'Hello', shook his hand and managed to mumble something about how great it was to see him... The man is truly an inspiration.
