There is letsloop which I suppose most people are heading towards then there is Nusiki and now there is GodJukesBox which is also worth a go. There is also another one which is so far restricted to iphones called Cymbal.
Ornette's classic quartet (with Cherry - Haden - Higgins) must be one of the best bands ever, I never tire of their material. Fantastic jam @BluesCat
