Although I personally prefer the Gonzo "Dog Do" Bar Band version, but maybe that's because I know them.
Elvis!Viv is my favourite Viv. Or maybe it's the gold lamé suit. Who knows. Either way, I'm sure you know this already but yes this is where the name of that band comes from
So, I just found out that "Death Cab for Cutie" got it's name from this 1967 song.
