Going to my favourite city tomorrow...Venice! Unfortunately I will be doing some solo dining in the evening, may have to borrow your new girlfriend @kemiladashdot , or I could just pretend I'm really engrossed in a book...Anway, I'll catch up with you guys/girls later.
Two German tourists go into to Harry's Bar. "Let's pretend we're not German, we're always the last to get served" says the first. "Good plan, we'll order something typically Italia and and they'll never know" says #2. "Barman, two Martinis, please". "Of course, signore. Dry?" "NEIN, ZWEI! ZWEI!"
I'm pretty sure I told this before, but here's my German joke. A German guy went to eat at a Chinese restaurant and ten minutes later he was hungry for power.
@jackietheripper@olivier1 I didn't encounter many Germans in Italy, maybe they're too busy beating the British to sun loungers in Spain...but thanks for the German jokes.
@hayleym@BladeRunner It was a nice break didn't enjoy Venice as much as I did the first time, only there for two nights though, went to Trieste to visit a friend for the rest of my hols.
