@philipnareike@Astromonkey@MadameZia One of my colleagues is Yello-obsessed and went to London to listen to Boris address a group of über fans about all things Yello and his solo work. My forays into Yello were limited to the 3D picture disc of 'I Love You' and 'The Rhythm Divine' with Shirley Bassey and Billy Mackenzie. I loved that Morrissey begged Bassey to work with him, but he was snubbed in favour of Yello. Mozzer was furious, if not a touch scathing about the merits of Yello.
I was shocked a couple years ago while watching an episode of Miami Vice on DVD (yep, I'm a proud owner of the set) and heard rather edgy industrial rock-sounding track for the era and discovered it was Yello. Never would have expected them to actually rock.
