During a heatwave in the school holidays, one evening, I heard this tune before I turned the corner as it was blaring out of my big sister's car. I wondered why she'd parked so far from our house. I was about to tap the window when I saw that she had her eyes shut and mascara runs on her cheeks. I quickly sneaked back around the corner & was never spotted. Through the grapevine I discovered that her close friend had died in a car accident. So whenever she played this record in her room, I just left her alone. To this day she has no idea that I know, but, years later, after lives and times have passed, when I hear this record,especially on the car radio on a summer's evening, I feel know. I know.
