I'd totally take part in 'revenge jams', but I can't be trusted and am sure to be distracted by another fleeting binge when its time to post another jam. Great theme though! And great song. So many memories from that era. As many bad as good, but even the pain becomes comforting nostalgia in hindsight.
@debutch awww Soul Partners! I like it. Glad you think revenge jams is cool. I know it's a happy time of year and all that, but I have met some folks that get really upset during the holidays so they get a bit of a tribute...;-)
@shiningsun2k ehh you can always dabble a bit here and there no need for a full commitment on a theme...I have tons of memories as well both good and bad also...Ack the dates and boyfriends...many "what was I thinking" moments but I realize that those decisions shaped who I am now and if it were all just roses and rainbows what kind of person would I be ? If anything I've learned from mistakes and I have empathy for others and I try to never judge someone....a mile in their shoes and all that.
@capnhollis What's not to like? A good Canadian girl (former pop princess) who was on Nickelodeon (bonus) Great music and in interviews she does not seem full of herself...I don't have a girl-crush but I still like her ;-)
You can say that again! This is the time of year when people feel pressure, frustrations & anxieties.....it's all to do with people "needing" to be so happy in this season....too much is expected and I don't just mean in the commercial fulfilment of Christmas. I mean with romance, too. ( ..as I'm sure we will hear in your next jams! ;-) )
