@abigail.deeks I don't believe anybody of our age group let on that we were secret George Michael fans at the time! I for one was certainly in denial about Wham but ended up buying their greatest hits when I was in my mid 20's. I'm also not ashamed saying that I have a couple of his solo albums and I thought he put in a blinding performance with Queen at the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert
@MadameZia Like @pez I loved Wham from the start and as a ten year old had Wham posters on my wall. Had the first and second album but haven't got any solo George stuff. Have liked everything that he did though and think that he is a brilliant live performer and just seems like a really nice bloke. I might have a #georgeweek. Got a little bit excited when I found out that Culture Club have a new album after 15 years. Boy George still makes me go soppy when those beautiful eyes twinkle and smile!

I loved Wham! shamelessly from the word go ... I remember an early appearance on TOTP, they had such energy and such a buzz about them ...
