~Bob Dylan (to Ron Rosenbaum – Nov 1977)”

#8, the first of 3 Dylan songs, and maybe the best lyric I have yet heard. Surveying a desolate city landscape, Bob takes physical occurrences and mental concepts and wields them together to form an almost unrecognizable language. A late happy birthday to you, sir.
