I never played the Fallout series, but was engrossed watching a friend play for a while and I do remember this song from there now that you mention it, but the opening guitar first made me think of The Three Amigos: https://youtu.be/4HdlYVKBUVE. :)
Haha it sounds just like it. I haven't watched Three Amigos since I was a kid -- I should give it another go. I bet it holds up.
