@drumnbass Cheers Patrick. Not my kit, no. It's kit from a local live venue...my view for the night, if you will ;) It's simply not feasible to have your own kit here Space, being the most prevalent one, the other being rehersal rooms and venues provide all the gear. You just plug and play...The band I'm playing with now, for example, we pay $35 for 3 hours (that'$7 each) and they have DW kits, Zildjian (relatively new too) A Customs to play on. Can't really complain with that.
@cbinseoul Cheers to you also Craig! Thanks for the lowdown. I would not complain about that at all! I play a late 70's Gretsch jazz set. Have had it going on 35 years. Have my "bargain store" Hoffner Copy bass, Fender Tele, and my Epiphone Wildkat which I love to pick up and crunch out a few power chords. My Mrs loves it as well! :)
These fellas have a long and grand tradition to live up to and follow. Sounds like their equipped for the job, Craigy. Had to listen only after about 56 seconds...that boy was wearin' me oot. A'm bloody puggled...

Fine stuff - delightfully apposite video - Baby Strange was also the title of an obscure T Rex b-side I seem to recall.
