Side B Track 3 from jazz trumpeter Tom Browne’s third album, “Magic.” Released by Arista in 1981, this track reached number 4 on Billboard’s R&B; singles chart. Toni Smith, who is credited with writing the song along with Browne, provides the female vocals. This follows on the heels of the pairs 1980 collaboration, “Funkin’ for Jamaica (N.Y.),” which was a number 1 single.
