Thanks for the well wishes all...I don't get away as much as I would like so I always make the most of it. @teen of course you can come, I came out here with a friend, the more the merrier. @lynn200 yes, you go ahead and have food envy but I've probably ruined any future enjoyment of pizza the UK.
@lynn200 found some lovely red and a Peroni 'red' (gran riserva, basically not a lager=good)
@shirl it would be no other than Caruso if I'm shooting for authentic.

@lynn200 actually, I should say it was less lagery, best I could find in most places. Grappa, limoncello (and others) were just a bit much for the 35c heat we had most days…phew!
