@stlarch @teen @CharlesMcdonald It was on Dave Godin's Deep Soul Treasures Vol.2, a brilliant CD (as are vols.1, 3 and 4), and one of the first UK singles issued by Godin on his Deep Soul label. The song was written, and first recorded by, Oscar Toney Jr., as a B-side. Jimmy Tig (Tigner) and the Rounders were a fairly obscure group from Pensacola, Florida - I don't know anything about Louise at all, unfortunately. Wonderful record though.
