This video is awesomely done! The voices are perfect to fit it. I'd like to know more about this bit of history! I like the underlying piece of music. And the instrumental selection is awesome! Thank you for jamming this!
Love this excellent collaboration of artists at The Sydney Opera House. Excellent jam! (I was lucky enough to see a symphonic performance at TSOH when I was there 27 years ago. )
I only knew the Cave/Bad Seeds version until now. This is very impressive as is your introducing story. Whatever happened to the Temper Trap by the way? Haven't heard them for ages! Anyway, nice jam :)
@BladeRunner thanks for the comment and cross over to @debutch a bloke with a great and colourful turn of phrase. @PeteLaberge I will copy you some info links. @TessParker The Sydney Opera House is a favoured venue for plays and concerts of all genre. Not the worlds best acoustics, but the location and ambience are wonderful. @redheadx Thanks. The Temper Trap are now based in London. They tour a lot and will be back "home" to Melbourne in December for some concerts & festivals. No album though.
@ErnieBilko Thanks. @lynn200 The logistics for a world event of this magnitude would have been enormous with only the early era of radio, telegram, and no internet, etc.
