Included on their 1977 album "Spectres", and released as a failed single in the USA in June 1978, this tongue-in-cheek pastiche featuring descriptive prose for scenes from a "Godzilla" movie remains nothing more than an interesting sideline by Blue Öyster Cult. Although the lyrics may be unsubstantial, the music more than makes up for that. But don't take my word for it, have a listen! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godzilla_%28song%29 and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godzilla_%28franchise%29

I should probably listen to some more Blue Oyster Cult - I like this and there's an intro of theirs I keep hearing in SongPop (Facebook game) which is great

Saw them on this tour in Vegas. Mostly I remember great music, lasers and not enough cowbell!

@words_are_wild MyJam isn't for chickens! Fortune favours the brave. It's an ill wind that smells the worst. Forget that last one - that's not wisdom, that's just a cheap joke. :)
