“"Chicago" started out as "The Chicago Transit Authority" This song is off their first & self titled album. While the band toured this album, legal action was threatened by the actual Chicago Transit Authority, forcing the group to reduce their name to Chicago. The video is suppose to be from Paris 1969 while they were on tour to promote said album. When I first heard Chicago it was unlike anything I had heard. Kind of Jazzy but not Jazz. Kind of Poppy but not really Pop. Kind of Rock but not. I gotta say I like songs off every one of there albums & there's got to be upwards of 20 of them. This was my favorite track off that first album...can't tell you why. There are other good songs on there too like "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?"
