On 31 May 2011, a retrospective record chart was broadcast on BBC Radio 2 that listed the 60 biggest-selling singles in the United Kingdom during the 1960s.The programme was entitled The Top 60 Best Selling Records of the 60s. The most represented act in the chart is The Beatles with 18 releases, most represented record label is Parlophone, highest-placed solo female artist is Cilla Black at number 27, with her 1964 single "Anyone Who Had a Heart", which was also distributed by Parlophone.

Was never a big Cilla fan, Marissa. However, total respect as an artist and icon of those swingin' 60s. Quite a renaissance woman too, in resurrecting her career on the old gogglebox. Her untimely passing is indeed very sad...
