@monaremlawi You're welcome. I'm always happy to spread the Gospel of the Penguin Cafe. I would've posted Lifeboat (Lover's Rock), but I can never find it online.

@monaremlawi I think their self-titled released is probably their strongest overall. They only released five albums, though (this song is from their fourth album, Signs of Life) and a handful of live albums, before the main guy behind the project, Simon Jeffes, died of cancer in 1997. So they're not exactly hard to collect in terms of getting a complete discography.

@monaremlawi Some more of my favorite songs of theirs so you can get a feel for the sort of thing they do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_L_eBLPejQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKG0yceDWaY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsNJLqHWcY8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7W_hiBK8Os http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Su-R3JpFVIk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IeZGXMeTKzw They're probably my favorite instrumental group of all time.

why is it i think this is a sufjan stevens song. what movie does this feature in?

@isajward9 Because Sufjan likes to do the whole minimalism thing, too? And it's been used in The Union, Mary and Max, Slim Susie and Project Nim. If you're anything like me, though, this is familiar because it was used a TON in the early years for This American Life.
