Saw 65daysofstatic for the first time in The Button Factory tonight. They're one of my favourite bands so it was a long time coming, and they did not disappoint. I got to meet the band afterwards as well which was great. Also Phil Jupitus was there too, so cool to know he's also a fan.

A decade on from when I first heard it and none of its grandeur, power or subtlety has diminished. Remains one of those songs that will make me stop whatever it is I'm doing and just bask in it – every single time, without fail.
This song makes me #feel #alive. By taking a real deep #breath and let everything go.
