An overcast, blah Wednesday calls for a little Beastie Boys to get us pumped up. Proudly wearing the 3 MC's & 1 DJ shirt my kids (& wife) gave me for Father's Day a few years ago.
Very sad news about Adam 'MCA' Yauch last week. Here's one of my favourite Beastie Boys videos.
