“No - it's not that Blue Moon. This is one of the most beautiful of those very soft and lovely rock n roll ballads, like Pale Blue Eyes and Waterloo Sunset that come along only every once in a while. This song was done in the 70's originally by #BigStar. This version features members of the original band and a small orchestra, with Jody Stephens doing the incredibly authentic vocal, and calling themselves "Big Star's Third". This is an ongoing project begun by Chris Stamey back in the day, and bringing wonderful performances like this to us, to this day.”
