Not my usual (whatever that is) but a favourite of my daughter's. I think it's featured in Agent Carter or something... anyway, this is growing on me. #finaljams#notoveryet 3
Just had to jam this. Was playing Pandora as I got ready for my daughter's Wedding Shower and this came on...WOW and Double WOW when I found out this wasn't from the 30's or 40's...fell in love with this the minute I heard her voice~ more information on her at

Something old. Something new. Something borrowed. Something red, white, and blue. I'm a fan of comic books from way back in my childhood, but it's a good thing I will never meet my younger self in a temporal anomaly. He would despise me. I was a DC kid growing up. The New Teen Titans. Firestorm. Green Lantern and Green Arrow. The Flash. Nowadays I'm finding myself leaning more towards the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is as if time is being kinder to Marvel. It's adapting to the 21st century better than DC seems to be. Perhaps one reason is cuz Marvel is not neglecting its roots. Deep down it's all about pulp fiction, and Marvel's Agent Carter tv series is like a marriage compromise revisiting the past with a modern sensibility. Caro Emerald does this too with her music; old and new, borrowed and The Blues. "That Man" was featured in the first season of Agent Carter. Hope you like it! Crikey O'Reilly!
