The mighty 'Violator' turns *twenty-five* today. Shit, I feel old.

Yeah, a good reminder from the past about honesty, bullshit and the practice of speaking what we mean. Wanna do better everyday.

A Rock/Synth/Pop masterpiece. From Violator (1990), their best album. I particularly enjoy the way the repeated lyrics change meaning with different underlying chords.   2

#4 #top10DepecheMode Off the album Violator released in 1990. Now, it wasn't as popular as the other two singles off this album Personal Jesus and Enjoy the Silence, but this songs lyrics just hit a chord with me at the time. Truth isn't easy, it is actually the harder path to choose. ~"You will always wonder how, it could have been if you only lied"~ This video is also blocked, but you can watch it here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M2VBmHOYpV8&feature=kp   7
