With a new Mark Knopfler album out, it's fun to go back 36 years to Dire Straits' eponymous debut album (#78 on my all time list) and this excellent laid-back offering.   5

so in hindsight all, but really ALL of my big crushes from the 80s now are so obviously old perverts (looking at you: eno, fiennes, goldblum; ibid. mad: adam ant; or awesome: bridges). welcome to the greatest club on earth, knopfler. you strike me as a category one.
