Fugazi's tension, Spacemen 3's patience, and Sonic Youth's drummer. Why have I been sleeping on this.
Chicago's own Disappears:
Like an idiot who's out of touch, I just found Disappears recently, and I super love it. It's hard to pick a favorite track, but I like this one because I tend to imagine that it's titled in the same way that "J'Nuh" by Sunny Day Real Estate was, in that it's just the onomatopoeic sound of the guitars chugging along.
