So like all good things, it seems This Is My Jam has come to an end. For the past year or so I have used this awesome platform to run my own Track of the Week blog, sharing my picks of the latest and greatest music with anyone stumbling across My Jam. With the service now being archived, I found it only fitting that I should use my 95th and final jam to finally reveal my eternal jam - Spanish Sahara by Foals. Arranged with majesty, the track builds from a whisper into a stunning, euphoric crescendo, with Yannis' lyrics and the imagery he portrays through them perfectly complimenting the mood and feel of the music for all 7 glorious minutes. It is still to this day one of the greatest tracks I've ever heard and without a doubt my all time favourite.
