To celebrate the release of a new Half Man Half Biscuit album I thought I'd go back through their back catalogue. This was one of the first racks I heard from their debut album Bask in the DHSS. Bob Todd was one of Benny Hill's sidekicks who, it's fair to say was not renowned for his Matinee Idol looks.
