Very late "discovering" this lady, who's now on her second album with an Albert Hall date in the autumn. Writes all her own songs and this is a great example.

#WhisperingBob played this on his Bob Harris Country Show tonight, suggesting Kacey's album is one of the best of the year already. I love what Kacey does and this is a fine tune, but there's definitely a sense of her taking a step away from the slightly left-of-centre approach that defined her rise and that *is* disappointing.
