“It was a performance the world will no doubt be talking about for years to come. After months of controversy and mystery, Kanye West finally took to the Pyramid stage and headlined Glastonbury. There was lots of speculation beforehand as to who would join Kanye and what he would do, however I don't think anyone could of guessed what occurred on Saturday night. Featuring a ceiling of lights, a stage invasion, Justin Vernon from Bon Iver, a giant cherry picker (yes really) and a questionable Bohemian Rhapsody cover that will no doubt live in infamy, the set was quite simply bizarre. However for a man who is known for delivering moments of hilarity, insanity and brilliance in equal measure, it was also so Kanye. You only need to look on Twitter to see that the performance was every bit as polarising as Yeezy himself, however there is no denying that it was quite the spectacle. Is he "The Greatest Living Rock Star On The Planet" that he professes to be? After that show, quite possibly.”
