What I probably was listening to most this week...40 years ago. Funny, I didn't buy many albums in fall 1973, but I bought this one. I admit I didn't spend much time listening to it, though I'm not sure why. Apparently Neil Young didn't spend much time with it either; I understand he intensely dislikes it, and that it's the only one of his albums that's never been reissued on CD. But it's not so bad, and I'd sure like to give it another listen today...if only I could find it in my house! Incidentally, it didn't mean much to me in October '73, living in Kansas, but this and one other track on the album were recorded at the Myriad in Oklahoma City...a place where I'd eventually see many ice hockey and basketball games and also several concerts. (Album released October 15, 1973)
