“I was looking for a different song when I found this. I saw this done in an encore of an Echo/New Order double bill at Irvine Meadows in 1987. The venue had already turned on the house lights, so the bands just turned up their stage monitors and went on with it anyhow. Since there was no security controlling things, I climbed my way to about the 8th row and saw it all up close.”
