“#ProudJam THIS IS A tune by my nephew, Spencer Carter. He is an amateur musician & he recorded this for his late father-in-laws' funeral service. He composed the melody & played all the dubbed instruments ( guitars, piano, synthesiser & bass ) himself. I really like this & it's not just because he is my nephew. It's sweet & serene & I can hear a touch of Mike Oldfield-style melody here & also an air of Elton Johns' "Song for Guy" too. I didn't attend the service but my brother ( Spencers' dad ) told me that by the end of the song, there wasn't a dry eye in the Church....( and that even included the priest!)  #sundaysoother”
