Umm, it's Sunday (and I'm trading out a great song for this as I am so thrilled to find this) and I traditionally don't link This is my Jam to my Facebook because who cares about my personal music tastes? BUT...this one is so tied to me...saw them in '89 (or was it '90 - Orlando Music History Group - please help) at the Tupperware Center in Orlando (so excited after moving to Orlando from Boston to have a great band to go see -aww youth, when things like that made you sooo happy!)... and, gosh, that venue was so afraid, they left the house lights up for the whole show - LOL...Yes, you can listen to the Clash, but the Godfathers don't have the ska back beat - they are just post punk..kept the beat in that oh so special one hit wonder way and I had forgotten all about them..thank you This Is My Jam for the fond memories of when I was the get to the front chick:)
