Letter T in my #ABCofPunk (and new wave) is for Tubeway Army. Not the first by a long way, but one of the best synth tracks. Gary Numan lives just up the road from me and I've seen him out with wife and children a couple of times.   3

Not only is Gary Numan totally dreamy here but folks this song is badass.

The sound of the future. The visuals of 1979.   11

From The Old Grey Whistle Test 1979, #bookjam Based on 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep' by Phillip K Dick, about as roughly as 'Blade Runner' is. A favourite author, and a favourite film meet in a great song.   27

Raising awareness for Autism/Aspergers. Gary Numan has Aspergers, my son is Autistic. See what brilliance they can achieve!!!   4
