This track has a very early Buzzcocks vibe to it, which I love. Unfortunately it isn't really typical of their overall sound, but their other music while more laid-back is still very good for different reasons. The band are from Chicago, Illinois and although they formed in 2009 it wasn't until 2013 that they started releasing music and I'd say it was only really last year that they started to gain recognition. Much to my disappointment, apparently they didn't name themselves after David Lynch's TV series, but a restaurant chain of the same name. My favorite new band. Their Wild Onion record is really, really good.
