Went to see these last week and this song was the climax of the show. Slow it down to snails pace and let the guitar take it to outer space as they say. True indie rock legends, I've always thought they're like a 'pop' version of Sonic Youth, I think that's quite good marketing for them...get me a job in PR! Or not. Also Ira Kaplin is a very underrated guitarist, how can such a lovely guy make that much noise!
