2015

7r0773r’s first jam of 2015 was “Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg: Prelude to Act 3” by Richard Wagner. 13 more jams followed it! Lots of classical, singer-songwriters, and romantic. In March, 7r0773r posted their 200th jam. And it all came to an end with 7r0773r’s final jam: “I Smiled Yesterday” by Dionne Warwick.

2014

7r0773r’s 2014 started strong with “Goofing off Suite (1954)” by Pete Seeger, and the jams kept coming; 86 in total. Plenty of Einstürzende Neubauten, avant garde, and jazz. 7r0773r did some crate-digging too, and found “Que Pasa” by Horace Silver Quintet. “Walk on By” by Isaac Hayes got a lot of love. 7r0773r’s 2014 came to a close with “Poor Old Rudolph” by The BellRays.

2013

The year got going with “This Will Be Our Year” by The Zombies, and the jams kept coming; 74 in total. It was a year of The Mountain Goats, folk, and romantic. 7r0773r found a rare one: “Why Do Hawaiians Sing Aloha?” by Fats Waller. People really liked “God's Away on Business” by Tom Waits/Cookie Monster. In October, 7r0773r posted their 100th jam. 7r0773r’s 2013 came to a close with “The Body of an American” by The Pogues.

2012

In September, 7r0773r joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Les Baricades Misterieuses” by François Couperin (performed by Angela Hewitt). Nice. There was a lot of folk, opera, and instrumental. 7r0773r did some crate-digging too, and found “String Quartet, op.130 - Cavatina (Kodály Quartet)” by Ludwig van Beethoven. People really liked “My Funny Valentine (live 1959)” by Chet Baker. 7r0773r reached 20 jams in November. “Silent All These Years” by Tori Amos Featuring Leonard Cohen closed out the year.
