“Valkyries” by Blind Guardian kicked off Avian_Flame’s 2013, and there was more to come; 17 jams in all. The year’s recurring themes? power metal, emo, and punk. Avian_Flame found a rare one: “Paper Airplanes (Makeshift Wings)” by AFI. People really liked “Even Flow” by Pearl Jam. In January, Avian_Flame posted their 20th jam. Avian_Flame’s 2013 came to a close with “Typecast Modulator” by Snapcase.

In May, Avian_Flame joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “With The Pieces” by Lights Resolve. Nice. Avian_Flame found their eternal jam in July — “Rookie” by boysetsfire. There was a lot of Autopilot Off, electronic, and soundtracks. 2012 drew to a close with “Long Way to Fall” by Autopilot Off.
