Steve Marriott of the Small Faces thought so (adorable; not reminding him of Billie Piper - Billie Piper wasn't yet born). He did his best to "promote her career". I don't quite know why we never heard much more from her than this classic.
@leejohnson I was torn between her versions of Angel in the Morning and To Love Somebody. I love her girly soulful pop vibe. As for the Billie Piper resemblance, I've perhaps watched to many Doctor Who reruns stuck at home for the holidays.
@BerthaSalazar There is a video of this number set on a beachfront, with her miming to the song, and Marriott and some of the Small Faces goofing about in the background, as I remember. I think I had it on a "Sixties" compilation VHS video tape back in the Nineties. Marriott and Arnold romantically involved: see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P._P._Arnold%23Career
