2013

“Hoover Street” by Hoover Crips kicked off BillLees’s 2013, and there was more to come; 25 jams in all. The year’s recurring themes? blues, folk, and soul. They were the first, and only, to post “Chloe” by Ry Cooder. People really liked “Precious Time” by Van Morrison. BillLees posted their 50th jam in November! BillLees’s 2013 came to a close with “Life in a Scotch Sitting Room” by Ivor Cutler.

In January, BillLees joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Soothe Me” by Sam & Dave. Nice. The year’s recurring themes? folk, 80s, and pop. People really liked “Piece Of My Heart” by Janis Joplin. BillLees was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Duel” by Propaganda — before 79 others! BillLees crossed 20 jams in July! BillLees’s 2012 came to a close with “Never Let Her Slip Away” by Andrew Gold.
