A good friend of mine made me a mix tape back in the early nineties. She had moved to Boston MA to attend MIT, & she sent me this cassette with all of these wonderful songs like this one. It blew this countryboy away.
@BladeRunner I LOVE this. Did you catch it oh so long ago when I jammed the cover by Grant Lee Phillips? If not and you are at all curious, here is a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfeSQPo5Rhs Thank you for the lovely share.
Thank you @Lighthouses4ALL Loved the story! Those mix tapes carried so many adorable surprises...! (I still keep the last 2 that were given me ;) ) Happy you enjoyed it!
@philipnareike Phil were you hiding under a rock? Looking for cannibal eaters? Jauting? Avoiding rhubarb? (just kidding!) I actually thought of putting the tag... it would be a cosmic jam from the Earth perspective! ;) Thanks!
@ShortCurator Oh, I didn't, it's beeeeeautiful!!! Thanks for the link (i'm keeping this one) I also really love this song, always blows me away! Thank you for your nice comment!
@BarneyRubble it's funny what happens with this song - seems to be very popular to some and quite unknown for others. From what I can recall, I've 1st listened to it in an anlternative radio in the beginning of the 90's. But this is an australian band, so maybe that explains not being that well known... Still, happy you liked it! :)
