Love this song, Radiohead has very few equals! ( I think I can count them on one hand!)

You can never go wrong with a Radiohead song! :)

@Bukowski @dutchbeeblebrox writes that every time he hears a Radiohead jam!;-)

Bukowski

@curtywyshart He's old and infirm (mentally), just put in a small room with a cup of cocoa and a pile of Pink Floyd albums and he'll be happy until he needs his tablets.

@curtywyshart @Bukowski You youngsters may laugh but with age you will hopefully see the error of your ways and show some respect towards those that are perhaps older but definitely wiser than you! :)

Bukowski

@dutchbeeblebrox Now now, steady. Have a lie down. p.s. me; a youngster? Erm, I don't think 47 counts as being a youngster.

@Bukowski In my book anyone under 50 I regard as newbies. :)

Bukowski

@dutchbeeblebrox That has cheered me up no end. Thank you.

@dutchbeeblebrox youngsters? Oh how I wish...stirring up that cocoa for you now; @Bukowski, can you hand me the marshmallows ?

7 years, 5 months ago

dutchbeeblebrox

@christineb Yummie!

7 years, 5 months ago

Bukowski

@christineb 'hand you the marshmallows'? Nurse Ratched hasn't brought them around yet.

7 years, 5 months ago

dutchbeeblebrox

@curtywyshart @christineb @Bukowski No but seriously, setting all that jolly jesting aside for a moment, I took a count of how many people are jamming a Radiohead song at this moment. And the outcome is: 27! That's saying something!

7 years, 5 months ago

Bukowski

@dutchbeeblebrox That's because they are the best British band since The Beatles (imo)

7 years, 5 months ago

curtywyshart

@dutchbeeblebrox @christineb @Bukowski Does that mean that you wrote "you can never go wrong..." 27 times or did you just cut and paste?

7 years, 5 months ago

dutchbeeblebrox

@curtywyshart haha, nope I just counted them. @Bukowski is the one who keeps writing "the best British band since The Beatles (imo)" You should ask hím if he uses copy and paste... :)

curtywyshart

Ooohh @Bukowski Did you just hear what @dutchbeeblebrox said about you? I don't know if I would stand for talk like that! ;-) (I always was the instigator in the schoolyard.)

dutchbeeblebrox

Well @curtywyshart you can shake hands with @Bukowski Between the pair of you the lyrics of The Prodigy's Firestarter fit like a glove! :)

@curtywyshart @dutchbeeblebrox You two need to get back to your corners. Ding Ding Round 2

MyBlueElephant

@dutchbeeblebrox @curtywyshart I'm pretty sure that @Bukowski wrote "Radiohead is the best british band since the Beatles" more than a 100 times. I dare add that they succeed when The Beatles did not, they're still together while they have side projects! ps @christineb & @Bukowski : concerning the marshmallows, chief Bromden and Number 6 grabed them all (can't manage to catch them up, run too fast)

curtywyshart

@dutchbeeblebrox Can you believe what @Bukowski said about us?And to think that he started it all in the first place by jamming Radiohead!

7 years, 5 months ago

dutchbeeblebrox

@curtywyshart That's right! He started it! :)

7 years, 5 months ago

curtywyshart

@Bukowski @dutchbeeblebrox BTW great jam! You can't go wrong with a Radiohead song. They are the best british band since since the Beatles.

@curtywyshart Nice one.

@MyBlueElephant Thank you, at last, sensible policies for a better Britain.

@Bukowski @dutchbeeblebrox Curty out! (drops mic-exits stage left)

UncannyUK

Personally, I think XTC are the best British band since The Beatles and my XTC conker beats your Radiohead conker, so yah boo sucks to the lot of you!

7 years, 5 months ago

Bukowski

@UncannyUK That's what I like, a calm, rational and mature appraisal of the situation; that's what I like but that is clearly not what I'm going to get. Seriously, it is a fair point, XTC are the most underrated British band since The Beatles.

jonnyneale5

@UncannyUK @Bukowski quoting Blackadder there I notice. It should read for a 'happier' Britain - but I'll let you off this time. (Pedant's corner) Definite big tick on the XTC front y'all.

7 years, 5 months ago

Bukowski

@jonnyneale5 "Sensible policies for a better Britain" is from 'Yes, Prime Minister' Series II.

7 years, 5 months ago

jonnyneale5

@Bukowski Ha! Ha! Touché sir! I guess the Blackadder team were paying homage. Fine writing in both.

Bukowski

@jonnyneale5 Two of the greatest comedies ever made.

owtytrof

Still haven't gotten around to doing the OK Computer/In Rainbows alternating track playlist thing. Shame on me.

7 years, 5 months ago

Bukowski

@owtytrof I hadn't heard of that! Great idea. That's my weekend sorted. Ta.
