@Cornishson73 I think that PJ Harvey is the greatest female living British artist at the moment (and has been for some time now) and her album 'Let England Shake' is her best work to date.
The ghost that hovers over this is the old Irish ballad "The West's Awake" --- someone as smart as Harvey is surely is aware of this.
