Stone cold classic. Missed out on seeing them live first time around but eventually caught them on their reunion tour last year. A blissful noise/absence of noise.
I vividly remember the first time I heard Spiderland. I was with friends and like everybody else present, I was just awestruck throughout. The outro to "Good Morning, Captain", particularly coming after forty minutes of subtle guitar (de)constructions and moody spoken-word, was so intense that when it finished I found I was actually shaking. Excellent jam, @Bukowski
Few albums recorded over a period of four days, for the most part live with lyrics written on the fly, can be called out and benchmarked for kickstarting a whole new genre of rock.

Really Dark, quite unique. Chugs Along, them from out of nowhere tears into a riff that cuts you in two
