What is this from? Was it just not released? It's not an any albums I know of...

Ah, so it is. I have the album, but only listened to it a couple of times and I was looking on Spotify. It didn't come up in the search because of the Roman numerals in front of it. It's listed as "II. Worldstar". Thanks.
