2015

The year got going with “Avril 14th (Extended)” by Aphex Twin. Cleops found their eternal jam in January — “Unfinished Sympathy” by Massive Attack. Lots of Brian Eno, psychedelic, and electronic. Cleops found a rare one: “Freedom” by Chaka Khan. People really liked “Gone Daddy Gone” by Violent Femmes. Cleops crossed 50 jams in May! Cleops’s final jam was none other than “Kick Out The Jams” by Henry Rollins and Bad Brains.

2014

In September, Cleops joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “California Soul” by Marlena Shaw. Nice. It was a year of singer-songwriters, soul, and pop. Cleops found a rare one: “Tin Soldier Man” by The Kinks. In November, Cleops posted their 20th jam. Cleops’s 2014 came to a close with “Cash on the Barrelhead/Hickory Wind” by Gram Parsons.
