“A blast from my past. Cleaning out my room, I discovered a few CDs I made in college that were MIDI covers of songs I liked at the time. One of them was Olivia Lufkin's "Winter Sleep". Normally, this genre is NOT my cup of tea at all. Something about Lufkin changed that momentarily. Maybe it was the majesty of it all. Maybe it was the nostalgia. Whatever the case, this is a near indescribable feeling. Why she never made it big in the States before going on hiatus in 2011, I'll never understand.”
